How I Planned My Brisbane to Sydney Road Trip with Kids

Family trip
Family trip

This Brisbane to Sydney drive is great for families, and I think it gets thrilling. Go see the sights over there. It looks like the coast has more than that you’d expect. Get ready. Trip sticks with any sort of memory the entire time.

Brisbane to Sydney Drive

COASTAL drives show stuff you won’t forget, but then you see lots of it. I totally agree that the Pacific Highway shows shore difference that’s pretty much an awesome experience. You’ve very nice fish.

Just go start in Brisbane, QLD, so if you want. Brisbane has over 2,000 parks, and one of them is Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, so you don’t really get 130+ koalas. Gold Coast waves have plenty of beach fun and all sorts of good stuff. Then go to Byron Bay, because there’s whale research, and I’ve to say, surfers actually get waves. Byron Bay Sand Suites feel pretty nice, big enough.

Road Trip Stops

Port Macquarie trip looks pretty up front, about Billabong Zoo and Dolphin views at Tacking Point Lighthouse look so good. A lot of people stay at Rydges Port Macquarie, and I hope it’s good.

Newcastle is pretty good for history, and I just got views you really want. The beaches here are notorious, and I say fun makes people talk about them. I’m glad to try seafood outside any sort of norm.

You’ll arrive in Sydney. Taronga Zoo and Sydney Aquarium rank in the top 5; it doesn’t matter who tells you. Traveloka is ok.

Below is a list of the best stops on your trip:

  1. Brisbane
  2. Gold Coast
  3. Byron Bay
  4. Port Macquarie
  5. Newcastle
  6. Sydney

Sydney has 3 great family stops (these places give kids lots of fun). Try dorada fish and caldo soup, which gets a lot of people excited. Book ahead before you go up there.

You’ll get a big koala hospital here. Koala staff showed much love on my visit, pretty nice like every time right there. I started to follow the koalas’ rehab progress, and the experience proved invaluable.

Bondi Beach Waves

Bondi waves give lots of fun (people surf here every day). People visit because it is considered the best — a surfer’s dream. When children ride the waves, parents are finally granted a PEACEFUL break.
