Paul Theroux’s Reflection on Travel That turned out to be the SURPRISE, said Paul Theroux in The Great Railway Bazaar. Kyrgyzstan is pretty SURE CLEAN, has lakes, and people say welcome. Researchers say that time outside really heals and improves brain function. A study said that kids who walk in green areas really do better in school, even with lots of homework. Doctors say nature will very, very lift spirits and get rid of stress.

Manas Tour Leads to Wild Creatures and Wide Skies. The Manas area looks a lot better. Eagles fly above. These birds help both to catch prey and to defend their nest. You don’t get a lot of chances to see snow leopards, but maybe you’ll if you try hard. You probably won’t get them, unless you’re LUCKY. The area got RARE flowers, CALM streams, and skies that are pretty dreamy. The peace there probably gets rid of stress.

Manas Tour: Lessons, TASTY Meals, and FRIENDLY Faces. I’m pretty sure you’ll learn about Manas if you go. Manas rode horses in armor and protected people during hard times, very bravely. Kids on the tour get to ride, dress, and eat as Manas did, and will probably have fun. The tour will show a couple of EXCITING things:

Wearing that’s probably a bit much.

Drink kumis, or whatever your thing is.

Dance to komuz tunes (small wooden string thing), lots of fun.

Visitors make bread, say “salaam,” paint goats, and get GOOD stuff. The tour will likely involve lots of laughter, shared stories, and enjoyable moments.

Brains Grow Stronger in Clean Air and Green Spaces. I read that kids get happy in green places. Experts think that’s not very big for the brain.

Snow Leopards: Rare and Fascinating. I believe there will be a lot, perhaps too many. I’d gotten close last night, probably out of luck. One kid saw it. The idea was that something had started.
